The overload limiter is an electromechanical mechanism for avoiding overloading a wire rope hoist. It is installed on wire rope lift systems as a safety component. Its purpose is to prevent the lifting of loads that are excessive of the system’s nominal lifting capacity. Our load limiters are fast to install and also allow for adjustments in order to provide accurate limits according to each crane’s requirements.
Applicable Range: Single rope capacity between 500KG and 5500KG. Wire rope diameter: 6~20mm.
